Guilt Trip Coffee + Donuts

4 Orangefield Lane, Belfast

East of the city is where you’ll find this corker of a spot. At first glance, Guilt Trip is situated in a relatively unassuming part of Belfast, but as you soon as you get a glimpse of that fluorescent neon sign proclaiming ‘Lean In, Ride On’, you know you’re in the right place.

Keeping things simple, with good coffee (if we do say so ourselves) and some of the best homemade donuts you could hope to consume, is what these guys excel at. Their philosophy of creating high quality produce is the reason their donuts sell out so quickly, and cause queues running through the doors on weekends.

Something we think works incredibly well at Guilt Trip is their month long coffee rotation system. It gives the baristas time to set recipes and fine tune each brew method whilst still having plenty of time to serve the best of each coffee. For the month they were brewing our Santa Maria, Nicaraguan and the La Cabana, Costa Rican.

We recommend you head to Guilt Trip bright and early to ensure you bag yourself a coffee and donut (or two, no judgement) and don’t risk the disappointment of missing out on both their regular flavours, and some more unusual seasonal ones.

Check them out at guilttripcoffee.com for more info, or follow them on Instagram @guilttripcoffee for some serious donut eye candy.
